Im afraid today started out quite boring, spending a lot of time infront of the computer writing up the last few weeks worth of diary entrys. The girls had invited me to go shopping but at the time Id got as far as xmas eve so decided to carry on writing. The girls later reported that all the lights had gone off and they had been kicked out so maybe its just aswell I didnt go.
At the same time of writing up diary I was also emailing Andre about how to get to the zoo so id finish one days of diary email andre write another day email andre etc etc Hes still being a star offering to take me to the zoo if I get lost and stuck and also what to say to people so I have everything written down so at least I can point it out!
Somehow I also ended up looking after the hostel and the landladys son and niece ( aged 2 and 5 ish) I didnt realise this however until a backpacker turned up and there was a squeal and tears from upstairs. The little girl drove me round the bend, she came downstaire carrying the little boy then had grabbed keys and was walking in the road with him whilst I was trying to sort the backpacker out. Trying to tewll her to get back inside when they dont understand english and lots of pointing at her and the door didnt seem to make much difference. She decided to come back in at which point I grabbed the keys and kept hold of them teh little boy then decided to come to me and then promptly fell asleep on me whilst madam was raiding the fridge and trying to take him off my lap. After an hour of this thankfully the girls came back who were in shock at me being left like that,within 5 minutes they had it sorted and had issued me with coffee! One of the sisters worked at the hostel last year. The girls were off clubbing with friends so we said our goodbyes and swapped emails and I was left to argue with my rucksack by myself!!
