OOPs Ive done it again & Hide and Seek
Well we got a lift to the fam area with Carlos this very early morning and was being picked up mid morningish as the projeycto Ele lot were arriving today. We saw one toucan and then another just as we were leaving. Im beginning to feel paranoid that they are all in a big game of hide and seek. It seems wherever I go they hide whilst the place I visited the day before say that they were there at 6 that morning ( we had spent from 5.30 -9.30 the day before) We have also had it we have heard them looked out the windows and door just about to give up and hear them again and then they go off. Theres a conspiracy Im sure I think they are all sitting there going una dos... haha there she goes!! Having said that at one point we had 10 Condors circling above us which was slighlty daunting aswell as a swallow tailed Kite and some buff necked Ibis being aboput so I can understand the Toucans keeping a low profile. Its just typical of a sight like that and camera battery was charging ( Sorry Leigh & Jo no photos of Condors but I have seen a Darleene and here in Jujuy the Sierima is known as the weather bird!)
So I got to meet the parrot lot and we had lunch etc and then it was mentioned about checking internet and going shopping. So a trek back to the cabin to write a shopping list in Spanish Im getting better at it Cebolla,Atun, Pepino etc etc So we visited the internet cafe and I managed to crash one of the computers by simply putting my email address in and password.. he was still working on the computer when we left...OOOpps
